Refund Policy

How refunds work for Homework Tracker subscriptions.

Eligibility

You may request a refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment. Refunds apply to the first payment of a subscription only — renewal payments are non-refundable. Each account is eligible for one refund.

Refund amount

Refund = amount paid − payment processing fee − days used × daily rate

• The processing fee is the actual fee shown in the PayPal transaction details for your payment.
• Daily rate = amount paid ÷ days in your billing period.
• Days used counts from your payment date — the day you pay counts as the first day used.

What happens after a refund

• Your subscription is cancelled immediately — no further charges.
• Your account moves to the Free plan (read-only) right away.

How to request

Go to Settings → Request a refund within the 7-day window. The exact refund amount is shown before you confirm. Renewal payments and repeat requests are not eligible.
